Esta semana ME anuncio un nuevo hotfix( build #80339) para la 8 de DesktopCentral , acontinuacion la lista de Bug Fixes y algunas mejoras.

Enhancements

1. Desktop Central UI is now localized for German.
2. “Deployment Templates” are now enhanced as Deployment Policies.
3. Automatic update of internet explorer 11 can be disabled using templates.
4. Ability to Allow Users to interact with the installation wizard, when a software configuration is deployed for a computer has been introduced.
5. You will now be able to apply more restrictions that are specific to devices running iOS 7.
6. When Desktop Central is integrated with SericeDesk Plus, Asset Details of Android devices will also be updated in ServiceDesk Plus database.
7. Ability to link the customer’s website to the “Re-branded logo” has been introduced.

Bug Fixes

1. Issue in increase of the Desktop Central Agent service logs randomly in few computers has been fixed.
2. Issue in displaying duplicate entries of the same computer while using Desktop Central global search has been fixed.
3. Issue in viewing the Bulletin details of non security updates has been fixed.
4. Issue in displaying an empty drop-down while trying to initiate a chat session to a user who has logged on in multiple computers and logged off from few computers has been fixed.
5. Issue in displaying Scheduled Reports while using Internet Explorer has been fixed.
6. When a computer is removed from SoM, the software licenses associated with that computer was not removed from License management. This has been fixed.
7. Issue in modifying an APD task has been fixed.
8. Issue in generating Custom Reports through Scheduled Reports has been fixed.
9. Issue in retaining the “Re-branded logo”, while upgrading Desktop Central to a later version has been fixed.
10. Issue in renewing APNs certificates for the devices, on specific cases has been fixed.
11. Issue in managing remote computer’s process and services using “System Manager” has been fixed.
12. While populating User Specific software details, issue in displaying duplicate “Operating Systems” has been fixed.
13. Issue in detecting additional monitors, if it belongs to the same model has been fixed.
14. Issue in deploying configurations to specific custom groups has been fixed.
15. Issue in listing disabled printers has been fixed.
